Men's Wrestling Finishes 3-0 in Patriots Duals
The University of the Cumberland (UC) men's wrestling team had a busy Saturday as they defeated (RV) Southeastern University, eighth-ranked Life University, and NCAA Division II Newberry College for the annual Patriot Duals. With the wins the Patriots improved to 6-1 overall and 4-0 in Mid-South Conference.

UC Men's Wrestling Ranked 15th With Seven Patriots Ranked Individually
The University of the Cumberlands men's wrestling team is ranked 15th in the most recent NAIA Coaches' Poll, released on Wednesday, December 7. Cumberlands received 38.5 points to hold the 15th spot as seven Patriots earned individual rankings.

Wrestling Trio Compete in NAIA National Championships; Sinkovics Repeats as All-American
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team wrapped up their season at the NAIA National Tournament this past weekend in Topeka, Kansas. The Patriots had three representatives of the team competing in three weight classes at their chance for the National Championships. In the end, one Patriot would earn NAIA All-American honors for his showing in the tournament.

Patriots Trio Qualify for NAIA Wrestling National Championships
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team competed this past weekend at the NAIA East Regionals/Mid-South Conference (MSC) Championships. As a number of Patriots did well, one Patriot did exceptionally well and earned an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships. Two other men learned their fate on Tuesday as now the Patriots will send a trio of athletes to Topeka, Kansas to compete for a national title.

Men's Wrestling Have 14 Place at Dan Gable Open
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team was back in action on Saturday, November 12 as they competed in the Dan Gable Open in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This would be a big event for the Patriots as it would be the opening meet for several of UC's top wrestlers coming into the season. Several Patriots would have top finishes including some first places finishes in one of the season's largest tournaments.

Patriot Wrestling Competes at MSC Championships & NAIA East Qualifiers
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team was back on the mat this weekend as they traveled to Marietta, GA to participate in the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Championships and NAIA East Qualifier on Saturday, February 20th. The Patriots were looking to impress against some strong competition while also qualifying for the NAIA National Championships. UC would have six athletes finish in the top six of their weight class.

UC Wrestling Earns Victory over MSC foe St. Catharine
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team was back on the mat on Wednesday, January 27th as they hosted Mid-South Conference (MSC) rival St. Catharine College (SCC) for a conference dual. The Patriots started out the match behind 10-0, but made a comeback to battle it out and win 19-17 over SCC.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling opened up their 2nd half of the season on the road at Fort Wayne, Indiana as they competed in the NWCA National Duals on January 8th and 9th. This would be a huge event for the Patriots as they would be facing some of the premier wrestling programs in the nation.

Patriot Wrestling Opens Season Hosting Patriot Open
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team opened up their 2015-2016 season this weekend as they hosted the Patriot Open at the O. Wayne Rollins Center. In what has became a traditional kickoff for the Patriot Men's Wrestling team it would have the same success it has in the previous years. The Patriots hosted several schools from all over the country and saw great finishes among some of the best the NAIA has to offer.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling program is once again making their way into talks among the top of the NAIA and Mid-South Conference (MSC) as they continue to compete against some of the top talent in the country. The first edition of the NAIA Top 20 Coaches Poll was released on Wednesday and the Patriots continue to be mentioned as a contender among the nation's best.
